Thank you for attending the 2010 event. Your post-event feedback was very helpful. We listened to what you said and as a result have now made changes to the conference. It is now 2 full days rather than 1 full day and 2 half days, but with a similarly high level of content.

  • The event was successful and there were over 600 delegates.
  • The programme and speakers were well regarded and met the needs of the delegates as well as addressing current workforce needs.
  • There were 32 strand sessions. Popular sessions included the legal clinic, leadership and people management, how to gain practical skills in handling workforce issues, sessions on delivering effective appraisals, staff development, workforce planning and best practice on whistle blowing.
  • The overall impressions of the conference were very good with learning new information that could not be found elsewhere and putting it to use in your work, having the opportunity to ask questions and make new contacts.
  • The exhibition had over 70 exhibitors and you were impressed by the quality of information and contacts that you made with exhibitors.
