At this year’s event you will hear about updates on the direction of the NHS from national leaders including David Nicholson, NHS chief executive, as well as Jan Sobieraj, interim director general of workforce at the Department of Health.

There will be a mix of sessions with workshops on the key NHS challenges such as raising productivity, reducing costs and handling change, and topics from pay to pensions and education to equalities. In addition, in our masterclasses you can hear from leading HR specialists on the wider workforce agenda and take advantage of our networking opportunities.

We’ve listened to feedback, and this year’s event will run for two days but with a similarly high level of content, reducing the amount of time you spend away from the office and increasing the value of the time you spend at the event.
